Cultivating Culinary Creativity

Our Market Garden is where our science and culinary trials begin. It is where we trial new varietals and seed saving practices. We work with companies like Row 7 who are grounded in the notion that flavor can change how we eat and, in turn, how we grow.

When we built our Farm Store and Kitchen in 2016 we had dreams of it becoming a confluence of food and flavor, chefs and farmers, our community and you. It is here that the efforts of our farmers and our chefs meet and culminate in a tantalizing tango of the tastebuds.

Curious about what creative ideas we’ve been playing with? Join us at one of our farm-to-table events in June to experience the delicious and playful approach we embrace when delivering our particularly diverse farm to our community table.

Through the components of holistic, seasonal approaches to ingredients, menus and the dining experience, we cultivate convivial gatherings which support a regenerative food system.

You’ll often see our chef team heading out to harvest garnishes like edible flowers and fresh herbs from our Market Garden before an event. We encourage you to take a walk around and see if you can spot some the food you’ll be enjoying during your farm-to-table experience.

In addition to our public offerings, we also host weddings, corporate retreats, and intimate dinners for those looking for a place to gather with family and friends,

We have two venue spaces: Our Market Garden and our Farm Store porch. Our property enjoys sweeping views, calming energy, and beauty around every corner and under every leaf.

All of our meals are crafted with ingredients sourced from our property. We give our chef in residence full creative license which results in a truly seasonal and unique dining experience.
